Comfort Windows, the largest home improvement company in Upstate NY has opened a showroom in Ithaca, NY; its 5th upstate New York location. The showroom will act as a home improvement center for homeowners in Thompkins County to more easily access product designs, colors, literature and to speak directly with product reps for ideas and estimates.

“We wanted to create a simpler experience for the residents of Ithaca and Thompkins,” said Comfort GM Fritz Gentile. “We feel there is a niche there, to help our typical customer that is looking to have a worry-free remodeling experience with the great customer service we are known for.”

“We expect the growth to continue. We have already brought on new staff for the location and anticipate bringing on more in 2014 as the location grows,” Gentile said. The showroom opening follows on the heels of Comfort’s win of the coveted Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Excellence in Marketplace Ethics for the 4th time. The award is given annually to companies that are committed to exemplary customer service.
