CSG Government Solutions, a national leader in government program modernization, today announced it has been selected by the Oregon Employment Department (OED) to provide project assurance services for their Unemployment Insurance (UI) Division Lean-Six Sigma Process Improvement project.

OED is focused on improving operating efficiency and the delivery of services to workers and employers. CSG is analyzing and reviewing key UI processes, providing organizational change management support, and training and mentoring State staff in Lean-Six Sigma fundamentals, concepts, and process improvement strategies.
