Are there chemistry lab courses which you have to do an experiment
individually? They’re usually done in pairs.
I’d like to take a moment to appreciate the fact that he is wearing a
potter puppet pals shirt.
Noticed that while watching this at school.
crash course… Did you know the past 6 videos have been sponsored by NRA
ad’s? I understand that you have no say in who comes on before the video
you post… but what i want to know is, what are your thoughts on ainti-gov
( to quote the ad “Your government is lieing about gun registration laws”)
ad’s being posted on a site where 10 year olds come to learn? (yes i know,,
my son is a geek and i love him for it.)
Reminds me of all the times my lab coat sprung holes during my first
undergrad degree, and all the patches I subsequently sewed on to said lab
coat.
I picked up a heated glass tube and burned my thumb… it was 9pm.
Don’t punch paper towel dispensers, kids. Just don’t do it.
8:09 THE CHEMISTS’ WATER BUCKET CHALLENGE
This is a good recess from all the entropy and enthalpy i’ve watched from
previous episodes hahahaha
but can he do it on a cold rainy night in stoke
Hmm, I wonder if there should be some machine or device for pressing glass
tubes into stoppers? Like maybe a cone-shaped piece of metal or plastic
that goes into the stopper to widen it, then the glass can be slipped into
the center of the cone, and then the cone is removed, leaving the glass in
place? It might reduce the use of the phrase “all the way through my hand”
in the vocabulary of lab workers.
Dilution is the solution to pollution!
I was also taught to always pour acid into the other liquid you’re adding
it to. If it splashes, it just displaces the less harmful material.
8:10 Hank ‘Hipster’ Green, Ice Bucket Challenge before it went mainstream
So I was sitting in my (usually) boring lab safety class and the teacher
says that she is going to show a video with a weird man explaining lab
safety… my toughts: ‘Ughhh here we go’. Then I see the beginning of the
video. Wait? wait? wait! That’s Hank Green!! :D. That made my day.
my chem teacher sent me here!
8:10 the first Ice Bucket Challenge
His T-shirt says, ‘Alas, a Cornucopia of Love.’
HE’S WEARING A POTTER PUPPET PALS T-SHIRT!!!
Love your Videos, I learn so much more than i did in simple chemistry
class!
YO HARRIS’S CLASS!!!!, WE ALL BALLIN NIGGGASSSS CUZ FUCK THE PO PO
NIGGAAAAAaaaaAAAAA. rHYME SO DOPE LIKE A G6, GOT MORE POPE THAN A JESUS,

I always wanted to see one of those showers in action.
Also, I’m surprised Hank didn’t model some safety glasses for us. Go on
man, pull a Norm Abrams for us.
Thanks this is really helpfull for my GCSE’s
I’ve watched a lot of Hank Green videos.
A lot.
And I’ve never seen him so happy or so excited as when talking about lab
safety.
Like so many videos.
So funny lol best monologue ever!
