Mount Sinai Health System to Explore Sale of Building at 432 West 58th Street

The Mount Sinai Health System today offered for sale a partially-occupied building adjacent to the campus of Mount Sinai Roosevelt in Manhattan. The 11-story, 102,000-square-foot building at 432 West 58th Street currently houses medical research laboratories.
Proceeds of the sale will be used to support strategic clinical facility and infrastructure objectives for Mount Sinai, including expansion and enhancement of OB-GYN, orthopaedic, and surgical care services.
