Watch Punkin Chunkin this Thanksgiving, November 22nd, at 8 pm on Science Channel. More pumpkin carnage online at ScienceChannel.com/chunk “Punkin Chunkin” i…
Everyone, if you liked this video, you can help more people find it in
their YouTube searches by clicking the Like button and writing a comment. I
will be posting more new physics videos soon, so please subscribe if you
want to get notifications when they are ready. Links to some of the videos
I have already made are available at the end of the video above. Thanks.
I liked how you made a distinction between Newtonian mechanics and
relativity.
Another brilliantly creative and informative video! Thanks Eugene
11:00 Guile’s theme goes with anything, even a physics video.
Love your videos! Liked and subscribed. :)
Best educational Vids ever. Don’t mean to complain but you forgot to
include my favoite example of the gyroscope. ( The Helicopter Rotor ) how
the cyclic torques the rotor 90 degrees to the direction of travel causing
the heli to move in that direction.
самое лучшее объяснение того, почему Земля не падает на Солнце, Луна и
спутники – на Землю и тд. из тех, что я видела. great job!
are these huge owls watching earth real? how do they effect earth?
Very nice channel, i’m happy i subscribed !
Your videos are extremely well done. I share them with all of my classmates
who are taking physics at my school.
Eugene I thought the cat of the Quantum Mechanics Video was the creepiest
thing you could make but those owls maaaaan you have surpassed yourself!
Showed this to my physics teacher because of it’s amazing explanations, he
saw the Owls and girl and gave me such a weird look lol.. Any videos coming
soon?
Easy to understand, to follow and to compare to every-day situations. I
recommend your videos to students and friends! Keep up the good work, best
regards from a fellow Physicist.
This is one of the most underrated channels on youtube. You deserve much
much more exposure.
what do you use to create this animation?
Can I ask you another question? So the parachute exerts a force (with the
help of gravity) on the air molecules, that are inside the dome, and they
react exerting equivalent force on the dome? Did I get that right? But why
do we reach the ground? Because of some loss of energy through edges of the
dome? (since some molecules slip out, which would lessen the force against
the dome?).
I’m fairly certain I heard gullies theme here, did you know, because it’s
still awesome
You are genius. One more subscriber for you.
Guile theme for the win.
Gr8….little excitement is producing inside of me….this is exceptional
work in the history of making science videos because i haven’t seen any
videos on you tube explaining difficult concepts in easy way like u did in
previous videos….i confess i had some difficulties understanding even
simple mechanics or about newton law but after watching ur videos it has
cleared all my doubts……..i hope u will continue this work so, self
learner like me could learn something…..hat’s off to u…..gr8
What is the music at minute 10:00? Damn it sounds so badass
I love the music in this video.
please more..these videos are the best on youtube.
+Eugene Khutoryansky Do you narrate your videos?
I have been waiting!!!
Oh god that meow scared me xD
Some Punkin Chunkin splanations
I’m from delaware, and the only things we have are no sales tax (which some
other states have), beaches, and pumpkin chunkin.
Don’t pult cats! PLEASE! :D
Hank at the end LOL!!!! Made my day!! Bzzzz bzzzzzzzzt! :D
Wow… i watched the whicher punkin chunkin was on this video :o
Bulit a torision capault out of 2x4s for a school project I got stopped at
the door because it was considered a wepon
We made are own for school that were much smaller there were 30 catapult 1
tortian 2 tribushets and my very own 1 centrifugal it was so awesome!
atlatl
TIL there are farms in Delaware.
Nope, ive seen pumpkins like that
Naturally you insert an iron core into the pumpkin.
I need to stop playing age of empires because I knew of all of those
machines. :_:
niggas be angry now lol
I actually thought it was a squash… Like a buttercup or something.
I definitely think of trebuchets when I think of catapults not mangonels.
yup ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
dont try this at home is one of the most creativity stifling phrases on the
planet. can you imagine if everyone didn’t try things at home? we would
have such boring progress, nothing cool would get done.
YES!! DELAWARE! I LOVE IT WHEN PEOPLE TALK ABOUT US!! Gosh sorry, it’s just
real exciting to here about your state when people normally forget about you
i is defined by the property i^2=-1, because -i is just as valid a solution
to x^2=-1. i^2=-1 is equivalent to i=(-1)^.5, but square roots are
inelegant, so we square both sides to get i^2=-1. We also tend to avoid the
i=(-1)^.5 definition because that can lead to the false assumption
i^2=(-1)^.5*(-1)^.5=(-1*-1)^.5=(1)^.5=1. This false assumption gives a much
better reasoning for the existence of i than what I gave earlier. It’s much
easier to keep track of i than negative square roots.
ITS NOT THANKSGIVING!!!! in canada…
Hank’s plug sounded like a paid endorsement but what’s great is that he
really just wants people to see it because it’s fascinating. Goodonya, Hank.
Phineas, I know what we’re gonna do today.
