Dickinson Wright PLLC is pleased to announce that Attorney Joshua R. Cepluch has joined the firm’s Columbus office as Of Counsel.

Mr. Cepluch counsels clients on business and real estate transactions and regulatory issues. He has advised clients on real estate purchase agreements, zoning laws, title commitments and surveys, and acquisitions and dispositions. In addition to advising businesses, Mr. Cepluch’s graduate degree in regional planning gives him valuable insight into the needs of governmental clients.

Mr. Cepluch is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association. He received his B.S. in economics and psychology from The Ohio State University, his M.C.R.P. in city and regional planning from The Ohio State University, and his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School.
